Shipping Methods and Destinations
We support standard UPS shipping methods. Shipping charges are calculated in real time based on the UPS shipping tables and also include a small handling charge. We also reserve the right to ship an order by Fedex if in our view that will ensure faster delivery. Please note that UPS and FedEx do not offer GROUND or 3 DAY Select services to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and other locations such as APO sites not in the continental US. For these locations only we have created a USPS Priority Mail shipping method with a scale based on the weight of the package. For your protection we do not ship to PO boxes. Please call us or send an email if you encounter an error with the shipping charges or have a question about shipping. We are happy to help and will respond the same day.

Calculating Delivery Times for Your Order
Orders received before 8:00 p.m. EST will usually be packed by us the same day and picked up by UPS or FedEx on the next business day. Orders received after 8:00 p.m. EST will be packed the next business day and picked up the following business day. Please note that "business days" exclude weekends and holidays. Shippers do not count the pickup day when calculating delivery times. So when estimating which shipping method to use, be sure NOT to count the day of the order or the following pickup day.

An order shipped by UPS or FedEx ground will usually arrive within 3 to 6 business days -- not counting the pickup day -- although greater distances and other circumstances beyond our control may extend delivery time. The UPS and FedEx web sites can give you additional information on estimated delivery times. If you have questions on urgent shipments needed by specific dates, please do not hesitate to contact us by email or phone. We are happy to help you select the appropriate shipping method and ensure that your package arrives when you need it.

Upon shipment of your order, we will provide the tracking number so that you can monitor the progress of your shipment. While we send most shipments by UPS or FedEx, we reserve the right to ship your order by USPS Priority Mail if that will get the order to your destination more rapidly. We insure all shipments and may require a signature as proof of receipt.
