General Return Policy (Undamaged Items)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping charges are not refundable) within fifteen (15) days. Before returning any item, contact eGifts Bazaar via email (service@egiftsbazaar.com), toll free telephone (888-891-1881) or fax (703-288-4611) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number which must be printed on the outside of the shipping container. Items returned without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number will be refused.
We recommend sending the return package by registered mail or other method that provides proof of delivery. Insure the item for the full amount of the invoice, plus shipping charges. Please send returns to:

Upon receipt of the returned item we will inspect it to verify its condition. Returned items must be in undamaged, unused and like-new condition suitable for resale. Refunds are normally processed within one or two days after receipt and will be made in the same form as the original purchase. We will notify you by email of your refund. If your returned shipment is lost or damaged, you will need to contact the shipper (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) for instructions on filing a claim for reimbursement of the insured amount.
Return Policy for Items Damaged in Shipment
We carefully inspect all gift items prior to shipping to make sure that they are in perfect condition and we take extra care to pack them well. However, if an item is damaged in shipment, you must notify eGifts Bazaar by telephone at 703-288-4344 within 48 hours after receipt of the package at your location. eGifts Bazaar will request the carrier to retrieve the package, inspect it for shipping damage and return it to eGifts Bazaar. It is the customer’s responsibility to make arrangements with the carrier to retrieve the damaged item. Damaged items must be returned to eGifts Bazaar within 30 days of notification of damage. Upon receipt of the damaged item eGifts Bazaar will refund the full amount of your purchase price and shipping cost or replace the item at your request.
Our Pledge to Protect Your Privacy
We value our customers' privacy and pledge not to provide any information you may furnish us to a third party. We will not sell your information to telemarketing or other companies. We may add your email address to our own mailing list, but we will remove you from this list at your request. If you do business with eGifts Bazaar, we hope you will take advantage of our mailing lists so that we can alert you to our special offers and seasonal promotions. However, its your choice.

eGifts Bazaar is a Yahoo Store and benefits from Yahoo’s 128-bit encryption designed to secure e-commerce transactions. Your credit card number, address and other personal information is encrypted so that it cannot be read as information travels over the internet. For your protection eGifts also employs the Address Verification System (AVS) when processing credit card orders to ensure that the destination address on your order is the same as the credit card billing address. Where the shipping address differs from the address on record with your credit card issuer, we may contact you to verify the purchase in order to prevent someone from using your credit card to fraudulently purchase goods. For this reason we must ask for your telephone number and email address on all purchases. This additional precaution is for the protection of our customers. We will also accept payment in the form of a money order or cashier's check. For transactions using these forms of payment, add your purchases to the Shopping Cart in the usual way, then go to Checkout. Complete the shopping cart with all information except your credit card information and then print the order form (Order Page) and mail or fax it to us with your payment. Gift Certificates
Gift certificates may be redeemed for up to one year after purchase by applying one or more gift certificate codes to any purchase made through our on-line shopping pages. If your purchase exceeds the value of a gift certificate you must pay for the balance by entering a valid credit card accepted by eGifts Bazaar. We accept most major credit cards. If your purchase is less than the value of a Gift Certificate, the balance of the Gift Certificate will remain associated with the Gift Certificate number and can be used at any time within the original period of one year from the date of purchase. Neither Gift certificates nor Gift Certificate balances may be redeemed for cash. |
